This notice explains how information is used when you interact with a Subscriber’s customer-facing portal, invoices, messages, or related features powered by Lawn-A-Matic. This notice is provided for transparency and does not create a service contract between you and Lawn-A-Matic.
The business that provided services to you is the Subscriber. The Subscriber is responsible for the services performed, pricing, billing decisions, and communications sent to you. Lawn-A-Matic provides software tools to the Subscriber and does not control the Subscriber’s business practices.
You may receive SMS or email messages related to scheduling, service updates, invoices, payment requests, or review requests from the Subscriber. Message frequency may vary.
If you believe you received a message in error, contact the Subscriber directly. If you wish to report suspected misuse of the platform, contact Lawn-A-Matic at support@lawnamatic.com.
The Subscriber may provide your contact information and service details to the Platform to manage its operations. Lawn-A-Matic processes this information on behalf of the Subscriber to provide software features such as scheduling, invoicing, portals, messaging, and recordkeeping.
If a Subscriber enables review requests, you may be asked to leave a review on a third-party platform. Reviews are voluntary. Lawn-A-Matic does not create, edit, or control reviews or review platforms.
Lawn-A-Matic does not access your personal device data such as contacts, photos, files, or other applications. The Platform only processes information submitted through the portal or provided by the Subscriber.
